• Basic Frame :

Basic material is extruded aluminium profiles of HP 9W grade. The profiles are treated for chromotising and powder coated to 50-micron thickness. The frames are brought together using templates for accuracy of dimensions and pop revitted to strengthen by using brackets made of CRCA material finished with Zinc coating.

The profiles used for the frames are designed to carry networking / electrical cables both horizontally and vertically. Also networking / electrical cables can be carried between tiles as and wherever required. The frames rest on level adjusters. The height of the frame is defined by architect/ client but standard heights are quicker to deliver.

• Trims and Raceways:

Trims and raceways are also of same material as profiles and are taken through process mentioned above. Two levels of raceways are provided with specified minimum gap between them for networking and electrical circuits. Cutouts are made as per dimensions specified by architect / client to fit electrical and networking facia plates. One raceway is at the skirting level close to the floor and the other is about 100mm below the tabletop.

• Tiles

Fabric /Laminate /Glass tile options are available. Fabric/Laminate tiles are clicked into the frames for easy installation / removable/ maintenance, thereby avoiding usage of screws. Where glass tiles are required, toughened glass is used, etching work if specified by architect / client is incorporated. Glass is also available in plain and tinted options. Fabric / Laminate material and shade is as specified by architect / client.
Standard frame widths are 2 ft and 3 ft. Customization where required involved extra time and will cost marginally more.

• Cantilever Brackets

CRCA material treated with seven tank process for degreasing/derusting and powder coated to 50 micron thichkness
