1. The Price List is effective from October 1, 2022 and supersedes all previous price lists.

2. All prices are for regular shades/designs only and may change without prior notice.

3. All prices are ex-factory, installation & transportation extra.

4. Packing as per Customer demand will be extra.

5. GST @ 18% is included

6. Our responsibility ceases after the goods leave our premises.

7. Slight Variation in fabric from shade card due to batch difference should be accepted.

8. Payment Terms : 50% advance alongwith written PO and balance before despatch.

9. All diputes are subject to Noida Jurisdiction only.
